Can one take tylenol pm if taking zoloft to help get some sleep?

  1. One tylenol pm will not interfere with your zoloft medication. I have taken up to 2 with my medicines and all I got was a good night sleep. I would let your Dr. know that you are taking over the counter sleep aid so they can have a record of it. I would like to say that the prescription sleep aids are addictive, so please be careful. Hope you sleep well.

  3. I've taken it before w/ Zoloft to help my sleep, but I wouldn't take more than two and I would try to not make it habit.

    Also, if you're having sleeping problems I would talk about it with your doctor....there are some good sleeping medications that are often used with anti-depressants as part of the treatment process. (ambien, lunesta, trazodone, etc)
