In Y!A home page there is the section to vote i.e.

Undecided Questions, just click on it & you'll find lot of questions to be voted & you can vote the answer you like.

If you are in level 1 then you can vote to a maximum of 20 questions, for level 2 - 40 questions and so on.

As far as improving body is concerned - eat healthy & nutritious food and go to gym. to improve physically & do yoga/meditation to improve mentally.
