Can one track a mail in India from the US?

Sent to Mumbai since June 11th Is it lost? or going to be there slowly but surely. Package contains clothes, Ipod, and miscelleanous stuff.

Don't be discouraged; before making any move, wait for at least 5 or 6 weeks; for the time being, you can check the manifest for items from the U.S  at the central post office.

You can not track it unless you shipped it USPS by Express International Mail which is very very expensive.  Other than that, you take the risk of it being lost or items being stolen.  Usually, if you are sending expensive items like that you should be careful what you put on the customs declaration form because people will steal your packages.  

When it hits one month, then it is probably lost or stolen.  Always insure items that have a higher value.
