Can other animals hear echolocation?

say this bat sends out this call, will other animals be able to hear this? or is it a special call that cannot be heard, and can only be used to determine the surroundings?

You can hear parts of the signal but others are outside your range of hearing.  The situation is similar for animals other than yourself although, of course, their hearing range may differ to yours.  Echo-location is only about determining the surroundings, by definition, but it's not the only formal of vocalization bats engage in.
