Can other people see my group without me inviting them?

I just started a new group, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RestorationMinistriesDC/. Can others see this group or do I have to invite them?

Outsiders can see the home page and the posts.

you don't have to invite, they can see your group and click the big join tab
