Can other spirits take over your body while you're in OBE??

and to ans the q now...well i had read somewhere that other spirits cant possess you while on astral travel or OBE since ur own spirit is connected to body..or so they say

No, spirits cannot possess your body at anytime without your permission.  I have heard of people who channel spirits and those spirits do possess them in a way, but the channeller has complete control at all times and can take their body back at will.

. However you can imagine you are possessed and that can cause many problems. Even during OBE you have complete control over your body.

Can an imagined entities occupy your body during an imagined event?  If you think they are then they are, as far as you're concerned.  Of course that's where it ends.

There is no proof or evidence of OBEs or spirits, so I'm afraid you're out of luck.  You're also making things more complicated than they need to be.

Great Question! Seems like someone would have mentioned this if it had happened. I assume you also mean while astral traveling too. I don't know if you'd be gone that long with an OBE.  I wonder the same thing about people with alzheimers or in a coma.

I think this idea is based on the fallacy that your body is left empty and therefore unprotected during the OBE.  What's actually the case is that each of your many bodies has its own consciousness (which is why it's sometimes possible to view the exiting body from the perspective of your bed).  The physical body is no more prone to possession than it is during unconscious OBEs during sleep.  If this holding you back from OBE experimentation, there's a far more thorough debunking in Astral Dynamics...don't worry!
