I am think that our scientist test the nuclear bomb under the ground, which cause many effects. So I am thinking that why our scientists can't test the nuclear bombs on moon or any other planet. I know it's every expensive. But I will stop the effects caused by testing nuclear on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. if the atmosphere is suitable and similar to Earth's, it would be a lot smarter to test nuclear energy and bombs on other planets and moons.

  2. testing on different planets would produce different a different effect than that on earth, which is supposedly where we would be using them...

  3. 1. The moon is not a planet it's a" natural satellite"  of Earth

    2. The gravitation is a quarter less

    3. There is no atmosphere on the moon

    The key problem may be

    a) expence ... Nuclear bombs would need to be over four times opperational weight, construction may need to take place in outer space. Orbital observation stations of such tests will probably add extra expence.

    b) risk ... Nuclear weaponry and equiptment could explode during the stress of take off.

    c) legal ... Various treatys ban testing in space and on other celestial bodies than the Earth.
