Can our daughter 5 days old have UK & LT nationality???

my partner is lithuanian, i am a british citizen, can our daughter born here 5 days ago have dual nationality?

my partner is a lithuanian national with an LT passport, i hold a full uk passport and we were wanting our daughter who was born in the UK 5 days ago to have both LT & UK nationality, is this possible??????

Yes. Your child is born British (because one parent is British and the child is born on British soil). You can just apply for a British passport for her.

Lithuanian citizenship is a bit more difficult. The rules recently changed in regards to dual citizenship (making it possible for your daughter to have Lithuanian citizenship) but finding information on how to obtain Lithuanian citizenship is a bit more difficult.
