If your over and under is equipped with choke tubes shoot with no tighter than a modified or used a rifled choke tube. if it is fixed chokes do not fire them through a barrel chooked tighter than modified. This may not harm the barrels doing so from an internal stand point but has been know to cause seperations in the webbing between the barrels.

Sure, be sure to take out the chokes and install Rifled Choke Tube or Cylinder Bore Choke tubes.
