Can painlkillers be harmful in early pregnancy?

I was wondering, if a woman takes painkillers such as paracetomol are ibruprofen in early pregnancy, can it be extremly harmful to a developing foetus?

my doctor has said i can take paracetamol but that's it, so i would say yes you can but i would ask your doctor 1st

yes because you could have serious baby problems

Yes. Any drugs that could be harmful could be very harmful during any stages in pregnancy. Don't take painkillers.
