  1. It all depends on the operating system of the Palm device of the model.

    Palm 755p and 700p model's use the Palm OS which is the same to the Palm Treo 650 so it can run your applications.

    Palm 700w|wx and 750 model's run on Window's Mobile which isn't compatible with Palm OS applications.
