Question:

Can paper mache be bendable?

I am wanting to make armor out of paper mache and wanted to know if it was bendable enough to make a belt. Like I would make a square of paper mache, lay down the belt template, and cut it out. Would I be able to then bent it around my waist? Or would I have to get it wet again?

I hope this makes sense. And do they sell pre made paper mache at craft stores?

  2. You would beable to do it when its dry, but make sure it dosent have paint on it! Do it BEFORE you put paint on it otherwise the paint might chip off.

  3. If you form it before it dries.

  5. No. You'd break it. You'd have to bend it when its almost dry or you can get an object that's the same shape and build around that.
