Can parents actually read your text messages online? ?

Me & my friend were talking and she said that her parents read all of her text messages online/ or mailed to her, i cant remember. Is that possible? How would you go about doing that, because I want to make it assessable for my parents.

I'm not sure if it is possible or not, but I am sure that if it is there will be no action required on your part for them to have access if they pay the bill.

For the most part, you can't view the full-text of text messages online or on your monthly bill.  What probably happened, is that your friend's parents saw which phone numbers she had been sending/receiving messages with, and how many messages were sent.  

Depending on which carrier your service is with, your parents can either look at their account online, or check their monthly bill to see how many text messages are being sent to/from your phone and what number those messages were sent to/from.  

The only way to see the content of a text message is to view it from the actual phone itself...
