  1. try www.estealth.com they have a reel popular product e-stealth mobile phone spy and you can check peoples phone information and spy on any kind of stuff.  pretty neat gadget.

  2. I have Sprint and when I log onto my mom's account online the only thing she can see is how any texts I've used and thats it. She cannot see who they were to or who sent me texts. Also she can see how many minutes I've used.

It is possible your parents could get a record of your texts but they would have to call sprint and ask for them and they really only give them under special circumstances I've heard.

  3. All you will see in your itemized online bill is that a text was sent, the time and the number it was sent to or from. It will not show what the text actually is. According to FCC... all cell phone companies must store the actual text messages for THREE DAYS. If you have a court order, they can be stored longer. The reason they do this is if you think about how many texts are sent, it would take a huge storage capacity to store them much longer. The reason that we do have to store them for the three days is so that if you were to recieve a threatening message, you would be able to access them later if there was a need. If we get an order, then we move the requested messages to our legal department so they are not deleted.

The law does say a court order, but even if a police officer calls with a badge number they are sent to legal.
