Can parents threaten to sue school district??

Can parents threaten to sue a school district if they don't believe that a teacher should be teaching at a district, even if the teacher doesn't teach at their kids' school?

Sure, they can sue anyone, but it is very unlikely they will win...

You can threaten.  You have to file notice before you can sue a school district.  But what are you suing for?  You have not told us about any injury or loss you have sustained.  You could end up with harassment charges and abuse of court charges.  How would you like it if someone decided that you should not be working at your job and sued your employer to have you fired?

In America you file a lawsuit against anyone about anything.  It is then up to a judge to determine if the suit has merit and can go forward.
