Can peace and justice ever come?

I yearn for peace and justice for all of Earth's inhabitants. Can we achieve it?

Eradicate the planet of all human life other than yourself. As long as 2 or more humans exist on the planet, there will never be peace and justice. It is in the genetic programming, we are a vengeful, acquisitive, quarrelsome species, like our chimp cousins.

Option 2, addict the entire planet to soma, we won't be very productive, but we won't have the energy to fight, maybe.
