  1. yes to all. All the above require special licenses and/or permits except for the piglet. The piglet would require you to make sure you are in an agricultural zone that will allow pigs, even if you plan on having it has a pet only.

    EDIT: Some states are an exception though. Florida will allow you to have just about any pet with a license or permit.

  2. cool animals !!!!!!only the pig:}

  3. everything but the mountain lion, sorry, but those are better left wild ;P

  4. probably not (although it would be so cute to have a pet chipmunk)

  5. if you get a pet you're responsible to take care of it as long as it lives. if you got a baby pig you'd be responsible to make sure you have enough room for it when it grows up and for all the care it entails. if you have limited space you'd be responsible to make sure you picked up a smaller pig breed that can be comfortable in what space you have. you'd also have to keep in mind pigs are highly intelligent and need mental stimulation in the forms of toys and playtime.

    as for foxes, in some places it's legal to have a fennic fox as a pet and for an exotic they're fairly easy to take care of (note FAIRLY). they can eat quality dry cat food (NOT supermarket brands, they need the REALLY good stuff), have no scent glands, and can either be housebroken OR litter trained.

    there's also a breed of domestic fox that's not that common yet. they started as long term expiration at a Siberian fur farm initially to try and breed a fur fox easier to handle (normally they can be quite vicious, especially given the conditions many are kept in) then to study the effects and process of domestication when they noticed as they got friendlier they gained odd traits like differed shaped snouts, odd coat patterns, and curled up tails - traits you'd see in domesticated dogs.

    for the rest, they're not domesticated at all, they don't tame well (especially mountain lions, they're a predator high up on the food chain after all, with all the instincts that come with that position).

  6. Piglet yes the rest NO! Only trained  rehabilitators can raise squirrels, chipmunks, foxes, and mountian lions. When they are old enough they release them.
