Can people be born without any kind of sexual organs where they be inside them or outside their body?

If so, they they wouldn't be a male or a female. I heard of people having both at the same time and one being dominant but not anyone born with nothing. Have you?

No, I haven't heard that either. And I don't think that's possible. I'm definitely not sure about this, but it hasn't happened to anyone yet so I don't think it would be possible. Interesting concept though.
