Can people change by their will the frequencies of brain or get in tune with choosen other minds?

may be this is some synchron in the energy of thoughts, but surely there are invented devices for this- say for medical, spys or other purposes

I think that if you are open to such things others of like minds will find you.  If you are a good person at heart, and in practice, then good people will become your flock.  Frequencies of our brains are true.  College students are open to the courses that they study and dip into a frequency that allows them to absorb information, even while asleep.  Thanks for making my mind think freely again.

Our brain constant puts out waves, vibrations that can affect the universe.  That's the whole premise behind "thoughts become things".  Keeping in mind that everyone is putting out those waves, it takes a lot of perseverance and practice to strengthen one's brain waves to actually make a difference outside of oneself.  

However, I did read lately that they have come up with mechanisms that actually read thoughts and put them action.  Evidently this is happening in Japan and they are using it for entertainment purposes, i.e., games and such.  It can be kind of scarey if put into the wrong (i.e., evil) hands!  ;)

Yes, I do believe it is possible. If you don't come by this naturally, your mind can be trained. It takes hard work and persistence, but I believe it can be done.

With a little training people can learn to control thier alpha and beta waves and such. They have been playing around with using these brain waves as computer controls for decades now. Actually the movie "Firefox" starring Clint Eastwood was based on applications of real life research that was being done with brain waves.

There could be some interesting applications that have been developed. I remember a guy in the early 90s who made a computer that could type by reading his brainwaves. However, it was very slow, and he could only scroll through letters in one direction and select them, so it was very slow, primitive and basically useless except to demonstrate that brain waves can be controlled and read.

Look up brainwaves. There are alpha, beta, delta waves and others that are low frequency(around 5Hz.). I was surprised at how low it is. But what do I know. Brainwaves are very low power low voltage. I mean micro or nano or pico. very low. But with amplification anything is possible.
