  1. I am sure people have tried.  As a former competitor in sport for disabled I have to say it would be very hard because in the process of finding you classification I am sure one of the assessor's would notice.

  2. Must be you never heard of devotee,,,wannabees...I know of some people that use a wheelchair and really don't need one....You need to read up on this kind of thing,.,,very interesting..

  3. Amputees, Cerebral Palsy, Vision impaired, completely blind and wheelchair, all of these Disabilities CAN be easily faked in everyday life and ARE faked in everyday life by "Outsiders" (Non-PWDs). I have seen "Outsiders" (Non-PWDs) fake in being in a wheelchair in everyday life and I have also seen "Outsiders" (Non-PWDs) fake in being an amputee in everyday life.

"Outsiders" (Non-PWDs) who fake Diasbilities are called Admirers, Devotees, Pretenders, Wannabes, and Fakers.

Amputees, Cerebral Palsy, Vision impaired, completely blind, and Wheelchair, all of these can NOT be faked in sports due to the fact that the person would probably need to submit an official certification note/exam from a physician certifying that the person has one of the mentioned Disabilities.

  4. No. None of these can be faked except perhaps wheelchair use in wheelchair sport. But in some wheel chair sport you don't actually have to be disabled - just use a chair. Same with sled hockey and some other sports. The difference in the sport is what kind of equipment you use - not the existence of a disability.

  5. All of these disabilities can be and are fakedby people all the time. However, in order to play in a sport for people with disabilities, you have to have a certification of your disability, and that would be extremely difficult to get unless you actually have the disability. I guess it could be possible to get the certification from a 'crooked' doctor, but the people who work with you as coach and assistants would probably find out, I'd think.

Someone who fakes a disability to play a sport...that's stupid, but that's just my opinion.
