Can people from algeria get visa's for Mexico ? And if so,is it hard to do ?

Are there any places where someone could go to to get out of algeria so they would be able to live a decent life and maybe even eventually be able to live here in the usa ? Any places that is easier to obtain a visa from than here ? Any way at all to get someone here from algeria at all without a visa ?

Getting a visa to Mexico is difficult.  The Mexicans understand that they are a jumping off point for people wanting to sneak into the USA.  Any Algerian trying to go to Mexico would IMMEDIATELY be suspected for attempted illegal immigration to the United States.
