  1. If someone from Staten Island moved to Kenya, then yes.

    If what you're trying to ask is if there are accents in other languages, then the answer is yes. The Japanese accent in Tokyo is different from the Japanese accent in Okinawa, words are pronounced differently just like the north and south United States.


  2. If they live in the south long enough, they will. I'm from the far East but people mistakenly think I'm from NY because I live in the North East for so long.
