I'm moving in 3 weeks, to a 4plex, it has 2 upper level units, and 2 lower level ones, i'll be moving to the lower level unit right in the front, where there is kind of a grassy/yard area facing the street, i was hoping to use the area for a yard sale, but wasnt sure if it would be okay....
My family says it would, because that yard space is almost as if it were my own, being in front of my unit, but i was hesitant thinking since there were 3 other units on the same lot, maybe i'd need their permission as well, or if thats just something not done since its not a private house/private yard...... i want to ask the landlady but dont want to appear foolish, i would want to have it right when i move in on that weekend, and i dont want to give a bad first impression by asking something weird like that..........
i cant have one where i'm at now, since i'm in an apartment complex, and i need new furniture but need to sell what i do have.... this would be perfect, what do you think?
