  1. The majority of Universities don't allow pets in the dorms.  I have seen people hide cats in their dorm rooms.  I think a dog would be more difficult. But if your roommate doesn't mind, it is worth a try.

  2. Generally, no - and college is spelled with an 'e'.

  3. No

  4. First off, a collage is a picture made up of cut-outs from other pictures. To answer your question, most colleges will not allow pets of any kind into your dorm.  I have found only one private college that does allow small animals.  You are better off leaving your dog at home.

  5. Most colleges don's allow pets like dogs or cats

  6. Spiders and bugs.

  7. Uh, it's not necessarily recommended but u could try sneaking one it w/o any official noticing it

  8. You would have to live in an off campus apartment that allowed you to have a dog. There is no way you could hide a dog so do not even think about it. Many colleges will not let freshman live off campus. Maybe you can stay home awhile and go to a community college.

  9. No, they don't allow pets of any type/size. Anyways, after paying all that you do to go to college, you had better just spend your time on your studies and leave the animals home. When you go home, you can enjoy them. If you think about it, it wouldn't be fair to any animal anyway.
