Can people really have energy fields that make electronics malfunction?

I heard about this before but I thought it was made up. Is there any evidence that such energy fields exist? I had two watches stop working around the same time. One was an expensive diving watch and didn't need a battery and was supposed to last a lifetime, but it just stopped when I only had it for two years. The other one was cheap and I thought the battery died but shortly after I replaced it, it stopped completely too. Also my answering machine got screwed up around the same time.

Yes, I know that it happens with some people.  I have 2 close relatives who have given up on wearing watches because they stop working almost immediately.

I found lots of rerences for Human Energy Field, but nothing about it stopping watches or other electronics.
