Can people stop Broking White pumpkin in Road ?

I have seen Broking White pumpkin on road in Chennai and all over the Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala.

This makes Roads dirty and many people is facing Vechicle accident.

Those who are broking not bother about Accident and uglyness of Roads.

some times Cows, Goats, birds, Monkey met accident with Vech.

Can people come forwad to stop this ?

I understand your question and your concern.  Though I'm not sure how the broken pumpkins got all over the road, I can see that some of the animals might be attracted to them as something to eat and then get hit by an automobile or truck. It's also dangerous for the drivers.  Perhaps you should talk to the authorities to see if someone is breaking the law by doing this.

Here in the States, if someone does that sort of thing intentionally, it is called littering and they can get in trouble for doing it, especially if it causes an accident.  But it has to first be reported.
