Can people with AT&T that live in different states call each other for free?

I am fairly certain that as long as we are both with AT&T we can. This for during the day before the free nights.

Yes you have free mobile to mobile calling so all calls are free between cell phones.

If you have the mobile to mobile as part of your contract, then yes you can.  AT&T is nationwide.  But I am not so sure if this also includes Hawaii and Alaska since they are over seas...

My understanding (and limited experience) is that you can call celly to celly at no charge.
