Can people with big eyes see a wider range than people with small eyes?

  2. No.  The pupil is what determines field of vision (as it is what lets light to the optic nerve located inside the head), and its positioning on the face is largely the same whether the rest of the eye is bigger or not.  Now maybe if the eyes are particularly wide-set...
