ppl with dark eyes are sopposed to wear lighter ones.

Yes, People with dark eyes are supposed to wear light contacts because of the contrast. If you had dark eyes and wore dark contacts it would just blend in with your eye color.

thses are made especially for dark colored eyes.

i usuallly wear green or grey which look good w/ my skin color (tan)

They CAN but majority of the time I think it's obvious that they're wearing colored contacts. Because it just doesn't look natural. With the exception of a good friend's...she had her colored contacts customly made and it's amazing how real they look.
