Sure you can have LASIK surgery, but it will not fix the lazy eye problem. You would most likely need vision therapy for that, or maybe in some cases surgery. Go to the eye doctor and see.

Yes.  A person with lazy eye can have Lasik but Lasik will not cure lazy eye.
