If you lose one of your eyes, can you still cry out of both eye "sockets"?

  1. As someone said, unless you lost the mechanism to produce tears, yes, you still will produce tears on both your natural and artificial eye.


  2. depends, tears are formed in the lacrimal gland, which rests slightly above the eye, towards the ears. There are also accessory tear glands in the eyelid, so if those structures are still there, and somehow functioning, yes.

  3. Yes. Both eyes will get tears. Blind is different and tears are different.
