I don't entirely get the question...

But yes a person that you have never met can be in your dream, although it is some what likely, according to say, Freud, that the person will represent another factor and/or individual in your life - it all comes down toy early childhood experiences and the Oedipus complex.

This is of course one theory (that has fallen out if the mainstream).

Ya, I have a TON of dreams about me being another person, they usually say that's because you got out of your conscious and went into another's. I'm not sure if that's true, just what I've read and researched about.
