Can peroxide bleach yr skin?

I've been using it to try to clear up the ugly, almost pimply, rash on my butt, but i think i bleached my skin! shitttt what should i use now! it cropped up like last month and it won't go awayyyyyyyyyyy

Peroxide doesn't change your skin tone-  it has no effect on the melanin that colors all human skin.  It can clean skin, probably too much, you may be causing irritation.  It sounds like something else is responsible for your troubles, the "rash" may be progressing in some way. Check with a doc.
