Can pigeons eat sunflower seeds?

i have peeled sunflower seeds and my pigeon just loves them. are they good for him or should i stop giving it to him?

pigeons love Black Oil Sunflower seeds ..and you don't have to shell them .. because they will eat the whole thing ... the seed is high on fat  so don't over do it .. add corn ,wheat,and Milo if you can ... something else they really like are peanuts ..but these do need to be shelled... but again don't over do these  ;)

lol yes they will eat practically anything lol...try buying wild bird seed..it has corn, sun flower seeds, and lot's of other thing's....i feed mine that...also try giving him some lettuce my pigeons love it :D

no no its not bad its good they love em..tht what i feed mine ..its good for them :)..i love tht pigeon sound they make..gruuu...grruuu..... lol >.<
