Can plan B pill cause extreame stomach pain 24 hours after use?

my girlfriend just took the emergency contreceptive pill Plan B about a day ago and now is experiencing extream stomach pains. On the list of side effects there was no mention of this. Im wondering if its a problem or not

I think it probably could cause that but as it's not a normal side effect I recommend she go and see a doctor just to see if everything's ok. It could be a coincidence that it's right after she took the pill, and something else could be wrong.

It is possible that it can cause extreme stomach pains, but that would not be considered a normal side effect.  She needs to go see a doctor since that is not a typical reaction to taking Plan B.
