no sorry to say but it doesn't  you might have gotten it too late i would go buy an at home pregnancy test if i were you.

Yes it normally causes the 2nd period to be late, by a week or two, after taking it. If you've had a normal heaviness period since taking it, you're almost definitely not pregnant. You can take a test just in case, but I know it does cause the 2nd period to be late.
