Can plastic coin rolls be recycled?

At my place of employment, we use a lot of rolled coins. We get them from the bank in clear plastic rolls, and I am wondering if they can be recycled with plastic bags. They don't have a number on them, so I am unsure. We have a bag recycling collection on site, so I would love to add these to the pile if they are recyclable.

I believe it can be as long as it is not considered biodegradable plastic. Biodegradable plastics would contaminate other plastics with impurities. Don't quote me for sure.  I also believe that biodegradable plastics are chemically altered plastics.
