  1. Losing weight is possible if you eat correctly. Bulking up no. It is very hard to do both and what you are doing is by no means a weight training program to bulk up.  


  2. It most certainly can. Basketball is quite an active sport, but for losing weight you might want to try something steadier over longer periods of time, like jogging. Dumbells are fine for biceps/triceps, if you want muscle in other areas you'll need to do other forms of exercise. Try boosting your protein intake, that'll help A LOT.

  4. Sure it can, but make sure u dont lift to heavy weights if ur still growing, as it can stunt your growth!
