Can plumeria really be planted and do well in North Alabama???

It's such a tropical plant and I live in Northwest Alabama. While it gets cold here I just didn't know how viable they would be in one of our winters.

  2. no they will not survive outside to cold. i live in northwest florida and they will not survive here either.
