  1. You are not scared enough.  If they get a tip, it can lead to an investigation.  That can lead to a search warrant.  If you are growing, you will still be charged, even if it is a small quantity.  I was in prison with people that did this.  It is not a posession crime, where they find some pot on you and you get probation, cultivating is more serious.  You need to stop growing it and find another way.  Believe me, I know this!  Cultivating is MUCH more serious than being found with some pot on you.  They are 2 different crimes.  You can say it was for personal use all you want, the courts do not care and will sentence you the same way.  I am not saying you'll get 25 years or anything, but you won't get probation.

  2. I'm not a fed. I'm not a cop. Get rid of any plants you have permanently. You're going to wind up on the terrorist watch list. You need to be sensitive to the intelligence community. They're going to be all over you. Since 911 its no different than n**i Germany here now. Wise up. I'm trying to help ya'. What you think and what the cops and intelligence community think are two entirely different things. Don't learn the hard way.

  3. it depends on where you live, who you and the other individuals are, the political climate and the size of your city. a lot of states that consider "under an ounce" a misdemeanor have different laws for manufacturing. the bottom line is you are probably at risk. i'd send your friend (the plant - not the narc) on vacation until i found out. no one out here can answere your question with more than their personal opinion without knowing all the variables.

  4. if cultivation is a felony in your state then the answer is yes.that covers most states. you need to transplant your baby yesterday. don't tell any one where it is or it will get transplanted again and you wont know where it is or worse it will get riped up dried up rolled up and smoked up without you. then u will really b bummed. it doesn't matter how cool you think the person is if anybody knows you could jeopardize that green goddess and your own freedom .there are a lot of little ***** out there that r jealous of others happiness especially if u r cool yourself. everybody will respect u more if you don't tell anyone . just tell them u  have a girlfriend/Mistress that smells like a skunk. then your love affair will last for  ever or  at least till you grow out of it. watch out for helicopters even ones way high up.there could b little ***** in it with nothing better to do than watch you.

  5. They can, it depends on what type of town you live in, if it is a large city I highly doubt they would waste the time. If it is a small town I bet they would in a heartbeat. I would get rid of the thing. It can cause you major problems with employment and such down the road, it's not worth it!

  6. Check your local laws. In many states and cities, it is not legal to grow such things even if it is for a hobby. In certain places, it is ok to posses or to grow for a certain amount.

And yes, they can search your property..

  7. they can search your property if they have probable cause. And if someone tips them off they will .
