Mental health can show up in families.

Having said that, there are a large number of factors including environmental that may or may not affect others within the family.

So lets say your Mum / Mom had PND. and she has four daughters.  All, none or some of those daughters may develop it.

They may only develop the condition if they live in a hot climate and are shy (or something like that).

yup.. usually if a person in your family has a mental disorder most probably some will inherit it
