I am doing this project for my intercultural studies class. Do you honestly believe that I can pull it off in proving that prejudice is some sort of social stratification?

  1. It certainly is!

Though everyone professes a different religion, so to speak, everyone has their own values and bias, including prejudice; professed or not.  According to such stereo-typing and judgment of the 'cover' rather than the 'heart', people group together with others of like ideals, hate, resentment, and ideals about someone outside of a particular clique.

Though found on many levels, one of the practitioners of this prejudice are those in organized religion, as they all have something to say about others and other members of variable sects and beliefs.  Mind you, they do not know the actual truth.  It's not what it actually is, but only the way people see it inside fo their heads.

Even in those of more open minds, prejudice is probably the most common thread of judgment in any human being, and that line of thinking corrals the person into a particular box, limits, fears, and social disciplines.
