It seems pretty clear to me that a 90 day supply of non-narcotics should be OK.

Based on this I have been buying from http://the-drug-store.com/ (based in England) for a while now and I have not had any trouble buying or receiving my packages.

I don't know, but you might be getting a visit from the FBI for that, I'm sure they would trace that. But can you really trust medication from Mexico anyway? Look into a health insurance program or something.
