  2. I'm a nutritionist and I will tell you that your body is like sponge. I order to get THC out of your system you half to pull in a lot of liquid and push out even more. Drink a ton of water then pee and sweat you brains out. Go to a steam room or jog in some major heat,(continuously drinking water). Before you test take a good B-complex to put color back into your urine. If you have time, go to the local head-shop and get some pills like Stat. You may even take large amounts of No-flush Niacin at night and prepare to wake up wet with sweat.
