Can psichometry be used also to find ancient treasuries?

If there are people that can detect objects and other people using psichometry perhaps there are talents in this field that can find ancient treasuries?

In theory psychometry could be used to find ancient treasure. For example all you would need is a coin or any other object from a Templar that held part of the treasure and knew where it was hidden. Of course if you could trace that coin or object by normal means you would probably be more accurate as to the location of the treasure.

Most people (not having part of the treasure to hold) use dowsing to find such objects as water, oil, minerals, and treasure.

I would say, maybe.   If you held something that belonged to the captain of a ship, maybe you could get glimpses of where treasure was.  I don't think this has ever been successfully done, if you even believe psychometry exists.
