Question:

Can "m" affect your mood, or even not "m"-ing?

Where "m" is what you do when certain feelings are aroused but you don't have a woman to make love to. This is just following on from a previous question. I found that not doing it recently seemed to actually improve my overall state of mind except at certain times when being with a woman would have provided relief, to say the least.

  1. Think of it this way, testosterone is a male hormone, hormones affect your moods, if you don't release any hormones during ejaculation, your hormone levels will be rather high.  In this case, you will most likely become moody.  So masturbation is actually a good thing.  Not only can it be relaxing, but it's healthy for you as well.

  2. Masturbation.  Say it with me.

  3. Masturbating can make you feel good if there is no woman around to satisfy you:and it is not bad at all either.

Quite healthy to release the pressure.

  4. LOL! "M"!

You can use the word, "Masturbation", LOL!

At any rate, you are correct, more or less. Not doing it may let the testosterone build in your system making you slightly more confident and or aggressive, but there comes a time when your body will need to "purge", as it were, and you will ejaculate one way or another! Whether that be by masturbation, s*x or nocturnal emissions.

On the other hand, frequent masturbation has it's benefits too, it can relieve pent up sexual tension, it can help relieve stress, and some studies have shown that frequent ejaculations can actually reduce one's risk of prostrate cancer.

With that being said, it's not wrong to abstain or do it frequently if that is your choice but it's probably better over all if you found a happy median and just do what works for you.
