  4. yes, if you are a minority  (hispanic or black) you will be more wanted to work than being white or asian.

  6. Sadly because of affirmative action yes.

    Affirmative action makes quotas. For instance the most qualified applicant may not get the job. Because of the lack of color or gender in a certain workplace. I think affirmative action has outlived its need. Racism doesn't exist like it did in the 50's and 60's. America is a melting pot of ethnic backgrounds. Affirmative action is unfair not only to job applicants, but company's hiring as well. To have to pass on an employee that's more qualified or better trained for a position for someone who isn't just because of a skin color or gender doesn't even make sense........
