Can re-fusion be used for elemental hero fusions

Question

as i have one and it does not say it counts as a fusion summon and as all e-hero fusions require this

i am unsure

Nope. You cannot use Re-Fusion on E-Hero Fusion Monsters because they have the Phrase "This card cannot be special summoned except by Fusion Summon" in their Card Text. Any Monster with that text cannot be sp.summoned from the grave/rfg even after being sp.summoned in the proper way earlier. Cuber Stein/Metamorphosis also cannot sp.summon them since they do not Fusion Summon them. Same thing with Dark Armed Dragon, Dark Paladin etc..

If a Card Text Has "The Card can only be sp.summoned by.." in their card text, then they can be sp.summoned from the grave/rfg after being sp.summoned in the proper way as mentioned in the card text

Also, some monsters do not have this kind of text. Ex. King Dragun, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon etc... They can be sp.summoned from the grave if they have been properly "Fusion Summoned" First earlier. If you use Cyber-Stein etc.. then you cannot sp.summon them with Monster Reborn etc,, because they have not been "properly sp.summoned" A Fusion Monster still has to be fusion summoned earlier in order to be sp.summoned from grave/rfg

Yes it can last time i saw. its an equip card to all fusion monsters if i'm not mistaken.

no you can't use it for E-Heroes, and yes that sucks.
