  1. um i would figure it could after eating a rather large meal if its cage is a rather small cage becuase it wouldnt use much energy altho if it wont eat you shouldnt make it

  2. Yes they can, snakes can go a long time without eating, but if it's not refusing food then you should try to feed it.

  3. yes they can but if you have to make them do that feed them something big but not to big and then it should last because my boa wasn't eating for a while but then it did after 2 and a half months and it is an amazon tree boa they are really skinny

  4. yes they can go for long periods of time without eating when they go through the shedding process they want eat at all the record for an snake going without eating is 22 months if there is no signs of sickness or anything else it will eat before long don't worry to much just keep an good eye on your temps and humidity

  5. Probably.

I have a friend that had a boa, don't know what kind it was, anyway, she said her boa went 6 months without eating. Not that she didn't try to feed it. It just wasn't interested in eating. But when it did eat, it was eating everything in sight. She wound up buying all the mice available at the local pet shop. I am terrified of snakes, but she actually had me watch this snake eat one of the mice. That was interesting.

  6. its not good for them...but if they dont eat then they just dont eat
