  1. Not as well as Australian Bush Flower Essences can

I would use Purifying essence combo to generally detox, increase lymph slow and better health for liver and kidneys.

But I would add to the mix in the dosage bottle 7 drops of Tall Mulla-Mulla as this last one is very good for circulation in general and can be used on it's own to improve circulation but using the Purifying as well it will be of much more benefit, much better and longer lastin, not to also say it is cheaper too.

Even with the book purchase to understand Australian Bush Flower Essences better and get to use the great repertory that is in it as well.

  2. most certainly can and can also reduce swelling but if you suffer from varicose veins then that area would have to be avoided as to massage this area could be painful and would also increase the pressure. Good luck

  3. Acupuncture: a jab well done.

  4. Yes, it will help with circulation. However if you have poor circulation in your feet it is likely that you have poor circulation in other areas also. I would recommend a manual lymph drainage massage. They will improve the circulation of the entire lymphatics system including your feet. Some massage therapist know how to do this, but not all of them do so make sure to ask. You might be able to find a therapist in your area at www.upledger.com Good luck and best wishes!

  5. I suppose it can, if you are open to alternative cures, your body will respond favorably.  However, I must caution you, and I don't know your age, please go to a physician and be checked for deep vein throbosis - it kills more people, gone undiagnosed, than AIDS and cancer combined.  At the very least:  phlebitis?  Depends on whether you are on the pill, recovering from surgery, or having a period of rest and inactivity?

  6. Bad circulation in legs leads to limb coldness.

In chinese medicine, it is a kind of deficiency sign,  http://www.shen-nong.com/eng/pdf/1802200...

  7. Well, insofar as massaging of the feet will stimulate blood flow temporarily, sure. That is one of the ways massage helps with sore muscles in general, but improving blood flow which brings oxygen and nutrients, and takes away lactic acid and CO2 that has accumulated from normal metabolism of tissue cells.

Beyond that, there is no permanent effect.

Any other claims made by reflexologists having any effect on health or affecting any other organ in the body is unsupported by evidence.
